When you choose to save your scenario, we collect:

• Your email address
• Your scenario inputs (salary, region, employment type, etc.)
• Calculation results snapshot
• The date you saved the scenario

We also collect anonymous analytics (page views, button clicks) to improve the product. No personal data is stored in analytics.

How we use your data

• To send you a one-time confirmation email with your saved results link
• If you opt in, to occasionally send you UK salary insights and tool updates
• To allow you to retrieve and compare your saved scenarios

We never sell your data to third parties. We never use your email for marketing without explicit opt-in consent.

Data retention

Saved scenarios are stored indefinitely so you can return to them at any time. You can request deletion by emailing us.

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your data
• Unsubscribe from any emails at any time
• Object to processing of your data
